Vision nnOkashana - RDC is a centre of excellence in the midst of empowered communities that use natural and human resources economically and sustainably.nnMission nnOkashana - RDC is a multi - purpose centre, located in Oshikoto region that aims to contribute towards the attainment of Namibia’s vision 2030 objectives by proactively capacitating rural communities primarily in Oshikoto and its neighbouring regions to improve the standard and quality of live by improving peoples’ access to services, peoples’ access to the use and benefit of appropriate technology and skills acquisition through training, facilitation, networking and community outreach. The centre shall work towards own sustainable income development.nn
